You've seen them. See through crotch guards. Purple-striped green leotards. Hair that would make Himalayan Yak scream foul! You know how some characters have to look ugly, right? *cough - FREAK* Well, there are some who are simply too hideous to be seen.

Then again, I believe that no fashion criminal is beyond rehabilitation. Just a little snip here and a litlle re-color there and any character can be rescued from stylistic hell!!!
